Financial Advisor, LPL Financial

Life is like a road trip: you begin at one location and, through a series of events, it wraps up at a different destination.  The beautiful thing about this journey is that each and everyone one of us has a different path. As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, my job is to make sure that you get to your destination and work towards your goals.

As an Eastern Washington University graduate and a genuine Spokanite, I joined the investment team located at Horizon Credit Union and have been working with thousands of credit union members. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Sarah. Hiking, camping, trying new restaurants and woodworking are just a few of my hobbies.

LPL Registered Sales Assistant

With over 16 years of financial industry experience, I know how important it is to operate with efficiency and teamwork. I act as a crucial partner between my financial advisors, operation partners and credit union members – working to provide the tools and resources needed to help them invest, save and plan for their future goals.

An avid traveler and grandmother, I love having the time to visit other nations and experience diverse cultures with my sons and grandchildren. If I am not traveling the world, then you will find me cruising around Lake Coeur d’ Alene or taking the ‘60 Corvette out for a Sunday ride.

Lance Riley, CRPS

Financial Advisor, LPL Financial

UCLA’s Hall of Fame basketball coach, John Wooden, is credited with coining the phrase “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” I have adopted this mantra in my practice, and it has become my mission to help everyone I meet understand the importance of creating and maintaining a financial plan. I work with my clients to develop a customized plan that becomes their roadmap to achieving their financial goals. Our lives are dynamic and nothing stays the same for very long, so developing meaningful relationships is important to me. As life changes, your financial plan will change to match your dreams and ambitions; I will be with you at each twist and turn with the advice you need to “stick to the plan.” Along the way, I will be there to guide you and then celebrate the moments that mean the most to you.

 My education
– Masters of Education; University of Redlands
– B.A. English; University of California, Riverside
– Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS)

Personal
My wife, Natalie, and I were married in 2006. We have three incredible daughters; Gina, Erin, and Abby. Our girls bring us great joy, and we love sharing our lives with them. Our favorite family activities include board games, card games, camping, kayaking, hiking, biking, and snow sledding. We are active in our church and love to volunteer with children’s ministries. When I am not working with clients or spending time with my family, I enjoy a round of golf, a mildly steep ski slope, a good book, or a hot cup of coffee.
